My name is Melissa, I am a recruitment consultant in finance, accounting and payroll. I work in permanent and temporary positions in the Greater Montreal Region.
I am looking for a senior financial analyst (FP&A) for a publicly traded group in the West Island.
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of the monthly general ledger close responsibilities, including the preparation of the journal entries, account reconciliations and analysis.
- Preparing and presenting insights based on analyses, key metrics trending and quantified risks and opportunities
- Assisting the team in preparing the Financial Reporting requirements package to Parent Company and aiding in reviewing Financial Reporting package to Parent Company
- Business partnering – Collaborating with internal customers to produce
accurate and complete financial reports.
- Developing, streamlining, improving, and automating processes and procedures using the Continuous Improvement methodology
Your profile
Your Winning Profile
8 – 10 years’ experience in accounting with a CPA designation
Advanced level of expertise in Excel
Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, SOX, S4 Hana SAP & SAP Analytics cloud
English and French, both verbal and written
Experience in Financial analysis and audit
