Responsibilities:
• Perform the first part of payroll
• Responsible for accounts payable and receivable
• Enter invoices into the systems
• Enter supplier payments (payment by check, bank transfer)
• Prepare expense reports and reconciliations with credit cards
• Customer credit investigation
• All other accounting tasks.
Your profile
Experience and skills:
• DEP in accounting
• Experience with payroll and accounts receivable/payable
• Good knowledge of Quebec laws
