Accounting Technician - Anjou Montréal
Our client is looking for an Accounting Technician for it's head office located in Est Montréal, Anjou.
Your missions
Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the accounting technician will be responsible for
all daily accounting operations including payable, receivable, payroll and
end-of-month operations in an integrated management system (ERP). The ideal candidate will demonstrate
meticulousness, rigor and autonomy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting for all day-to-day operations in a multi-
currencies;
Ensure the accuracy of accounts payable at all times (including expense accounts
employees) ;
Proceed with billing and follow up accounts receivable weekly;
Manage timesheets and process bi-weekly pay with the platform
employer form;
Collaborate in end-of-month operations (bank reconciliation, regularization
tax return and other);
Capital and depreciation management in the ERP system;
Perform any other related duties and administrative support required.
Your profile
DEC in Accounting (mandatory);
3 to 5 year accounting experience in medium-sized business;
Very good knowledge of French
Excellent knowledge of Excel software.
Important
Functional English;
Experience with integrated management software (ERP).
Optional
Experience with integrated management software (Infor);
Experience in managing activities by project (an asset)
