Reconciles all cash payments (cash, credit and debits cards) against entries made to EMR
system and deposits on the bank statement
Creates invoices for all third party payers
Ensures all billing activity are properly recorded to the appropriate agent
Investigate and follow up on all discrepancies in clinics sales daily reports and make
corrections where appropriate
Perform all month end tasks before period end for AR close
Prepare and make bank deposits and record them in the accounting system
Assist clinic personnel to provide answers to any billing related questions
Sort and file paperwork
Performs other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Two years of experience in an accounting role is required
Excellent verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, intermediate Excel required
Able to work independently and within a team environment
Excellent time management and analytical skills with attention to detail
