Your missions

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:
Complete payroll cycle: from validation of working conditions offered (employee files, modifications), hours worked to payment of employees.
Calculations upon termination of employment and other special adjustments
Production of employment records
Administration of social benefits (insurance, RRSP / DPSP)
Reconciliation of remittances of DAS, alimony, foreclosures or other
Production of various reports required for payroll accounting
Act as a resource person for managers and / or employees with questions about the use of systems or the amounts paid
Ensure compliance with standards and deadlines
Follow laws, standards and collective agreements, if applicable, regarding payroll
Management of the follow-up of employee files (maternity, absence)
Answer various questions relating to employee benefits
Respond to various internal (HR, Finance) or external (government, agencies, etc.) requests

Your profile

Profile and skills sought:
College diploma in administration or accounting
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in managing the full payroll cycle, required
Experience in multi-province payroll processing
Experience in a high volume environment required
Knowledge of ADP required, Workday an asset
Knowledge of pan-Canadian provincial labor standards and laws, required
Knowledge of advanced MS Office and Excel suite software
French and English, spoken and written, required
S.C.P. certification. from the Canadian Payroll Association, an asset
Rigor, analytical skills, teamwork, autonomy, efficiency
