Your missions

We are looking for an international company located in downtown Montreal, a Payroll Coordinator for a Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will be:

* Participate in the full cycle of payroll processing for the whole of Canada (unionized, non-unionized) on large volumes
* Enter data for alimony
* Reconcile payroll records in collaboration with the finance department
* Payroll balancing and year-end preparation;
* Participate in the improvement of payroll and benefits processes, propose recommendations and implement them
* Participate in the implementation and integration of systems as needed

Your profile

* Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience
* DEC accounting, finance or related field
* Bilingualism: English - French
* Knowledge of SAP software, an asset
* Experience with a large volume of payroll
* Excel proficiency
