My name is Romane, recruitment and business development advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.

I am looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor for my client in the engineering and environmental sector. This is a permanent position in Brossard.

Your missions

 Manage the accounts payable team, including directing the team based on volume and priorities and assisting as needed

 Advance and develop the skills of your team

 Ensure follow-up with the team on the processing of invoices to be paid by the group
(classification, accounting, preparation of transfers, disputes)

 Monitor service KPIs and define priorities based on compliance with these KPIs

 Ensure compliance with the purchasing policy of purchase orders, follow up and
solve the biggest problems of reconciliation between invoice and voucher
order

 Be the contact person for specific internal and external requests

 Validate supplier payments with banks

 Responsible for closing the accounting month of accounts payable

 Be responsible for future projects related to accounts payable

 All other related tasks that may fall under this job

Your profile

 Minimum experience of ten (10) years in accounts payable management

 Minimum experience of five (5) years in team management

 Diploma of college studies (DEC) specialized in administrative techniques

 Have knowledge of general accounting

 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

 Experience working with an ERP system (experience with Syteline is an asset)

 Bilingual (French and English)

 Be proactive in developing practices while respecting internal policy
