Your missions
I'm currently working with one of my clients, the leader of a unique real estate concept based in Sainte-Thérèse, for a Chief Accountant position.
This is a permanent contract, with 4 weeks' holiday and a competitive salary.
Reporting to the president, your tasks will be :
- 10% finance (management of sales and resales, acquisitions, global financing)
- Project accounting
- Full accounting and payroll cycle
- Inter-company
- Production of monthly and annual financial statements
- Cash flow management
- Quarterly budget review and projection
- Preparation of project budget, disbursements
- Attendance at company executive committee meetings
