Your missions

-Plan, direct and coordinate all operational functions relating to accounting;
Prepare month-end entries and ensure the proper maintenance of accounts;
Prepare the annual audit file for the purposes of the annual financial statement audit;
Ensure an efficient and effective billing and collection process;
Oversee the production of payroll and other responsibilities of the accounting assistant;
Prepare the annual file of software development and CDAE reports and ensure follow-up;
Reconcile and make DAS remittances as requested by the different levels of government;
Prepare internal financial statements;
Produce and maintain various reports for the management of the company and the parent company;
Control the follow-up of periodic tax declarations (taxes and taxes);
Rigorously maintain the documentation of the company's internal processes;
Continuously improve work processes and methods;
Participate in the development of performance indicators for his department.

Your profile

--CPA title or Diploma in accounting or other relevant discipline;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar functions;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word) and Power BI (an asset);
Excellent communication skills, in French and in English (as we have English-speaking customers) and be customer service oriented;
Understanding of the software industry and its processes, an asset;
Sense of organization and priority management
Experience in SMEs, an asset;
Experience with payroll systems, specifically in the construction industry, an asset.
