My name is Romane, recruitment and business development advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.

I am looking for an accounts payable technician for my client, a group in the environmental sector. This is a position for a 13-month maternity leave replacement in Brossard in hybrid mode.

Your missions

 Entering invoices, preparing payments and checking account statements
 Preparation of supplier transfers for validation
 Create and maintain supplier account details
 Validate compliance with the purchasing policy of purchase orders; follow up and resolve reconciliation issues between invoices and PO
 Respond to emails and messages from suppliers
 Monitoring of intercompany: Intra-group invoicing
 Recording of closing entries, end of month provision

Your profile

 Good level in English
 Minimum experience of 5 years in supplier accounts management
 Diploma in accounting
 Experience working with an ERP system (experience with Syteline is an asset)
 Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English)
 Methodical, analytical and meticulous
 Discretion and confidentiality concerns
 Communicate easily both internally and externally
 Ability to work in a team
 Adaptability
 Availability at end of month
 Be proactive in developing practices while respecting internal policy
 Hybrid work environment – ​​2/5 days at the Brossard office (Canada)
