I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal region.

I am looking for an accounts payable technician for my client in Montreal. This is a permanent position.
Your responsibilities will be:

- Manage the accounts payable process
- Produce various reports and reconciliations relating to accounts payable
- Manage the invoicing process within agreed deadlines
- Issue payments
- Verify sales tax compliance
- Reconcile supplier account statements
- Follow-up on supplier credits
- Act as a resource person for accounts payable with various departments

Your profile

- DEC or DEP in accounting, finance or related field
- 3 years experience in a similar position or field, ideally in a paperless environment
100% paperless
- Bilingualism
- Knowledge of Excel
- Experience with ERP , knowledge of Netsuite : an asset
