We are looking for a service company based in Ville Saint-Laurent, a US Payroll Technician for a permanent position, beginning as soon as possible.
Under the supervision of the Pay Master , your tasks are :
* Biweekly payroll for 80 employees, (in the USA)
* Hiring, pay raises, layoffs, tax maintenance, employee benefits, master employee update files, supply management, background checks
* Allocate all taxes for each property (GL)
* Enter the payroll in the General ledger
* Updating Payroll Changes
* Prepare US transfers
* Keep US taxes up to date
* Help with Canadian payroll if needed
* Assistance at the end of the year
* Update procedures
* Coordination with human resources
- Bilingual French / English
- USA Payroll experience non negociable
- Salary: 50-60k $ + good benefits
